We also encourage all chaperones to complete the following registration forms. We do very much appreciate chaperones specifying which sessions they would like (or hate) to join and we will place chaperones in suggested sessions. Or, if chaperones need to follow a specific student we can create a name tag with your student's workshps on it. Even if chaperones are not able to attend sessions for whatever reason, we would very much encourage all chaperones to fill out the form regardless as we do want to have contact information in case of emergency.
