Opening and Closing session at Reiland Fine Arts Center

Non Jamestown Public Schools Teacher Instructions:

Nametag packets will be sent to the schools the week before the event for distribution. 

Jamestown Public Schools Teacher Instructions:

JMS teachers will receive packets with name tags for their homerooms which they will need to hand out to the students the morning of March 3rd.

LUNCH

 Students and teachers are required to bring a sack lunch.  Lunch will not be provided or food available to purchase as the campus food service is closed for Spring Break. JMS students will be split by grades for lunch non JMS students will be divided by school.

Additional notes for Teachers and Students

• Students and Teachers will be walking outside on campus, please dress accordingly.

• The bus should drop all students off at the Reiland Fine Arts Center. 

•  The name tags will have the sessions, location of sessions and lunch time they will attend. 

• Please drop off the lunches at the Hansen center before lunch time, starting at 11.

• After the opening the sessions the students will walk outside to the assigned buildings for the hands-on workshops.

• The boys and girl’s final session is in the Reiland Arts Center Auditorium. 

• The students from non Jamestown schools will be dismissed at 2:30 pm (or earlier if needed).
